All ZHICHENG products were rigorously tested before leaving the manufacturing plant, and come with a standard one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

We can also agree to offer an extended 3 or 6 years warranty as required by the customer, at an extra cost. This guarantee is valid only if the product has been used in accordance with the instructions and for its intended purpose. ZHICHENG shall not be held responsible for consequential damages result from the abuse or misuse of the product. ZHICHENG’s liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the unit or refund of the purchase price.

All our products are of modular structure design that allows easy location of the defectives upon problem happens. By the time maintenance is needed, please always remember to tell us the below information:

1, the purchase date
2, the serial number of the instrument
3, the model of the instrument
4, what is the room temperature in your area?
5, what is the setting temperature to the instrument?
6, what is the displayed temperature on the LCD panel?
7, what is the actual temperature measured inside the instrument?
8, what is the timer value set to the instrument?
9, what is the shaking speed value set to the instrument? (incubator shakers only)
10, a detailed description of the problem, in easy-to-understand English language.

After receiving your above feedback, we will analyze the problem as soon as we can, and advise you how to proceed. In some cases, the exact problem is quite hard to locate, we would like to ask you to have some patience and tell us more information as much as you can. Please do not try to hide the truth, or modify the instrument without finding out the exact problem, this will only make the problem worse, and a waste of time as well.
