The classic ZXDP-B Series general purpose incubators are designed for a wide variety of lab applications that requiring a constant thermal environment, typical applications including biochemical studies, microbiology, histology, bacteriology, pharmaceutical stability testing, food processing quality control, hematological studies, etc. Consisting of highly efficient heating elements combined with a gentle forced-air fan that provides horizontal airflow, the incubators deliver superior temperature uniformity within the entire chamber. |
| A precise PID microprocessor controller maintains tight temperature control in the range of ambient+5°C to 60°C. An independent safety thermostat protects the incubator and its culturing samples in the event of overheat. An audible and visible alarm is incorporated to warn of overtemperature deviations, and user-friendly sealed LCD control panel allows easy digital setting and fast readout. The incubators can be operated either in Steady Status Running Mode or in Programmable Running Mode. In the programmable running mode, a maximum of 9 programs 18 steps can be edited and stored in the memory. Steps can be set for running multiple "ramp and soak" cycles, or for just running at one temperature for a given time and then switching automatically to another temperature for another given time. Each program can be made to repeat from 1 to 99 times automatically. |

ZXSD-B series incubators are sleek in design and ensure reliable temperature controls in the range of 4~65°C (or ambient-20°C to 65°C at room temperature 25°C). The incubators are ideal for a variety of advanced research application needs ranging from B.O.D determination to incubation of microorganisms, preservation of samples, determination of enzymatic activities, growth of bacteria, yeast, insect, plant cells and all those applications that require tight temperature control. The incubators incorporate a highly efficient heater with PID microprocessor temperature control combined with gentle forced-air circulation which ensures even temperature distribution and guarantees reproducible culturing results. Moreover, the incubators are equipped with a hermetically-sealed compressor that runs at a low noise and provides automatic refrigeration and defrosting at a specified time. Manual defrosting is also available.
The incubators offer programmable running mode or steady status running mode for selection. In the programmable running mode, a maximum 18-step, 9 programs can be edited and stored for running multiple ramp and soak cycles or for convenient retrieval.
An inner door made of tempered safety glass allows a clear view of the samples without disturbing the internal culturing atmosphere. The outer door has a silicone gasket that provides tight seal to the chamber and keeps the heat loss to a minimum. An access port at the left side is included for use of external temperature probes. The interior chamber is made of mirror-finished SUS304 stainless steel with rounded corners that allows easy cleaning. All the models are supplied with castor wheels for easy movement within the lab.

| Maintaining the humidity level inside the incubator is a crucial factor for quite a number of successful culturing applications, to this end, we are pleased to introduce the ZXMP-R series incubators which are designed to instantly deliver desired humidity level to the incubators. The incubators feature our unique patented direct-heating, on-demand vapor humidification technology, the vapor humidification is also enhanced by the gentle fan-assisted air circulation. The humidification system integrates a convenient exterior water reservoir to simplify maintenance, the water reservoir stands beside the incubator and is connected to it by a flexible tube for water supply, eliminating the water pan and allow replenishment of water without disrupting the culturing activity. Humidity settings are controlled directly from the incubator's intuitive touch screen. The 10-step program allows you to set temperature, humidity profiles which can be repeated up to 999 times. |

The CO2 Incubator delivers a high level of performance for in-vitro cell culture environment. Its stackable design takes up less space in the lab, it features the latest six-sided direct heating technology combined with air-jacket design system, providing precise temperature and CO2 control with proven 140°C dry heat sterilization cycles. The incubator also features an optional CO2 cylinder switchover system, this system automatically switches from the primary to secondary gas cylinder when a CO2 level drop in the chamber is detected. Left or right hinged door swing options are also available for users upon request. |
